Tailored is a web-based application that uses artificial intelligence to help users tailor their resume content based on job descriptions they provide. The Service operates on a credit-based system for certain features, such as generating tailored bullet points and downloading resumes.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. User-Provided Content

You retain full ownership of the personal and professional information you submit to the Service, including your resume details and job descriptions ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not use your User Content to train our AI models.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate suggested resume content ("Generated Content"). While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, relevance, or effectiveness of the Generated Content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating any Generated Content before using it in your resume or job applications. The use of Generated Content does not guarantee an interview or job offer.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit any false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Scrape, data-mine, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
• Transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

7. Payments and Credits

Certain features of the Service are available upon purchase of "Credits". All purchases are processed through our third-party payment processor. All sales of Credits are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tailored, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Tailored and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
