1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products and services, which involve irreversible costs for AI processing and resource allocation, all purchases made on the Tailored platform are final and non-refundable.

2. Credits

Credits are purchased in packages and are used to access premium features, such as generating tailored bullet points or downloading resumes. Once purchased, Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, whether they have been used or not.

3. Resume Audits

Fees paid for the one-time professional resume audit service are non-refundable once the purchase is completed, as this service involves the immediate allocation of our experts' time.

4. Service Issues & Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the AI-generated content. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the credits you purchased (e.g., a system error causing a credit deduction without providing the service), please contact our support team at support@gettailored.co. We will investigate the issue and may, at our sole discretion, issue replacement credits.
